How do I book an appointment?+
You can book two ways: open our online booking portal to self-schedule, or use our request form and we'll call you back. You can also call your clinic directly.
Is the walk-in clinic by appointment?+
Yes — walk-in visits at both clinics run by appointment so we can manage flow and keep waits short.
Are you accepting new patients?+
New-patient availability can change and may differ by clinic. Please confirm the current status with the clinic directly. (Confirm with iCollab team.)
What should I bring to my first visit?+
Your BC Services Card and a list of current medications. Bring any relevant records or referrals too.
How do specialist referrals work?+
Several specialties are on-site, so your family doctor can often refer you to a colleague in the same building — less waiting, more continuity.
How do I renew a prescription?+
Book a visit so a physician can review your medication and renew it where appropriate. Our walk-in service can help with this too.
Which services are at which clinic?+
Most core services are offered at both clinics, but some specialties may vary by location and schedule. (Confirm with iCollab team.)
What are your hours?+
Sullivan is open Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM and Saturday 9 AM–2 PM, closed Sunday. South Surrey hours — confirm with the clinic.
Do you offer phone or virtual appointments?+
Please confirm current virtual/phone appointment availability with the clinic. (Confirm with iCollab team.)
