Clinic policies
A few things that help our clinics run smoothly and fairly for everyone.
Appointments, phone & walk-in
Walk-in visits run by appointment at both clinics, so we can manage flow and keep wait times reasonable. Phone appointments are readily available — let us know your preference when you book online or by phone.
Cancellations
If you can't make your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to someone else. (Specific cancellation policy — confirm with iCollab team.)
Privacy of your information
We handle your personal health information in line with British Columbia's privacy legislation. Please avoid sending detailed health information by email or web form. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Zero-tolerance respect policy
Our clinics are caring spaces for patients, staff, and physicians alike. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any disrespectful, rude, abusive, or foul behaviour toward our staff or physicians — whether in person, by phone, or in writing.
How it works: anyone behaving this way will receive a warning. If the behaviour continues, they will be asked to leave the premises. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep iCollab safe and welcoming for everyone.
