Walk-In Clinic
Can't reach your family doctor, or don't have one yet? Our walk-in service sees you for non-emergency illnesses and injuries — by appointment, to keep your wait short.
Please note: walk-in visits at both clinics run by appointment. Booking online or by phone helps us plan your visit and keep wait times down for everyone.
Our walk-in service is here for the everyday illnesses and minor injuries that can't wait for a regular appointment — and for people who don't yet have a family doctor. You'll see a physician for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice, plus prescriptions and referrals where needed.
What we treat
Our physicians can help with a wide range of common, non-life-threatening concerns, including:
- Colds, flu, and fever
- Sore throats & earaches
- Minor infections
- Rashes & skin concerns
- Minor cuts & burns
- Sprains & minor sports injuries
- Back pain
- Prescriptions & refills
- Referrals as needed
- General medical advice
When to choose the ER instead
A walk-in clinic is not the right place for a serious or potentially life-threatening problem. We are not equipped with emergency or life-saving equipment for advanced treatment.
How a walk-in visit works
Book your visit online or by phone, arrive a few minutes early with your BC Services Card, and you'll be seen by one of our physicians. If you need follow-up, we can help connect you with ongoing care.
