Bring your questions — no silly ones

Congratulations — finding out you're pregnant is a big moment, and getting prenatal care started early helps you and your baby get off to the best start. Your first visit is mostly about getting to know you and laying the groundwork.

When to book

It's best to arrange your first prenatal visit early in pregnancy, ideally in the first weeks after a positive test. Early care lets your physician confirm things, discuss important early steps, and answer the questions that naturally come up.

What the first visit covers

Your physician will review your health history, discuss how you're feeling, talk through early pregnancy care including nutrition and what to expect, and arrange the initial recommended tests and screenings. It's also your chance to ask anything that's on your mind.

How iCollab supports your pregnancy

Our physicians provide prenatal care close to home, coordinated with the rest of your care. Book early to get started, and bring your questions — there's no such thing as a silly one.

Prenatal care is provided at iCollab; delivery takes place at the hospital based on your home catchment. Your physician will explain how your care is arranged.

Have a concern you'd like looked at?
